These events are independently organized and open to all. Think of them as the heartbeat of the PS2025 experience—a perfect way to integrate everything you’ve learned during the day.

⚖️ What’s Legal in Denver?

It’s smart to brush up on local laws. Colorado permits adults 21+ to possess, share, and use psilocybin, psilocin, DMT, and mescaline (excluding peyote), but only in certain settings.

That freedom doesn’t override federal law or conference rules, but MAPS put together a great Instagram post to let you know what to expect.

Key reminders:

  • Using or carrying psychedelics (“Natural Medicine”) is still illegal on federal land, including national parks.

  • Don’t travel across state lines with any substances.

  • Synthetic psychedelics and other controlled substances remain illegal.

  • Only licensed facilitators can legally offer services—unlicensed facilitation can bring serious legal trouble.

If you’re attending PS2025:

  • Don’t bring, use, share, or sell psychedelics at the convention center or official events.

  • Never offer “Natural Medicine” as part of a business, to anyone under 21, or in public settings.

  • Promotional or commercial activities tied to psychedelics are off-limits.

  • Conference organizers and local authorities will enforce all rules—respect the space, the community, and the law.
